I’m a French and Venezuelan visual journalist based in New York. My work primarily focuses on Latin America, human rights and the criminal justice system.
With my camera, I’ve traveled around the world, from South America and Africa to Europe and the US, telling stories in French, Spanish and English. I’ve covered a variety of topics, including freedom of press in Nicaragua, voting rights in the French penitentiary, the the effects of solitary confinement on people’s mental health and a two-year visual investigation on forced evictions in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.
Previous work experiences include contributing to NBC's "On Assignment with Richard Engel" coverage of the Ukraine war, assisting the photo agency NOOR Images and Le Monde’s video team, as well as founding The Amsterdammer, one of the Netherlands' leading student newspapers.
My work has also been published in various media outlets, including Al Jazeera, El Pais, VICE, NBC News, Euronews and Coda Story. My photos have been exhibited at esteemed venues such as the Soho Photo Gallery in New York City and Roberto Mata Taller de Fotografia (RMTF) in Caracas.
